4 June 2009 The Government has changed the Aliens Regulation (Utlendingsforskriften) in a way that will cancel out the positive decision reached by "stornemnda" on Afghan asylum seekers. This will again lead to a more restrictive practice for Afghan asylum seekers and others, in clear violation of UNHCR recommendations and guidelines.
